Boredom room or sometimes being referred to as Chase-Out Room is used by big corporations in Japan to ensure unproductive employee to quit the corporations voluntarily.
Any person who are being identified to be not fitting to the company's progress but the person did not take the offer for early retirement will be sent to the Boredom Room.
