May 21st was the bike to work day which marked the end of bike week. By using bike, you can save money and also increase your fitness level.
However, in Malaysia, biking to work seems to be an arduous tasks because of the hot and humid weather. By the time you arrive at your office, you will be soaked up with your own sweat and will feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Not only that, when it is raining, biking seemed to be the last mode of transport to use to go to work.
However, bicycling can be a good exercise during the weekend or during after office hours.
