This is the refreshing view of Dewan Suarah Kuching after undergoing extensive renovation. Part of the renovation is to completely replaced the roof with new roofing material. Before the renovation, the building really looked very old due to discoloration of the roofing materials and also the building exterior paint.
One way of preserving the esthetic view of the building or any building in tropical countries is to put emphasis on regular cleaning and maintaining the exterior facade of the buildings.
