Kelly and Janet, Thanks for your comments. As long as there are reckless drivers on the road, incidents like this are happening everyday. Traffic light junction is one of the most dangerous junction in term of safety since all drivers are given the right of way if the light turns green and unsuspectingly, there are reckless drivers just coming in the opposite direction causing severe accidents.
